Now Environmental Services routinely conducts comprehensive IAQ and fungal growth site assessments for institutional, commercial, industrial and residential clients using the latest technology and techniques. We follow a three step approach designed to help our clients understand and effectively deal with their IAQ and mold issues.

IAQ and Fungal Growth Assessment:

This investigation identifies the types of contaminants that may be present in the air, and attempts to pinpoint the source of the moisture that may be allowing mold to grow. A full written report including laboratory data is provided.

Mold Remediation Protocol:

The remediation protocol provides a step-by-step set of written procedures to remove the mold growth. It describes the clearance criteria that must be met by the mold remediation contractor. Most importantly, the mold remediation contractor uses this protocol to develop their plan to conduct the mold remediation work.

Post Remediation Clearance Report:

This is a written report that certifies whether or not the mold has been successfully removed, and if the established clearance criteria in the remediation protocol have been met.
